HOSTING PARTNER

Welcome TO MADRID

Our flagship event in the world of industrial electrolysis, usually held in Germany’s capital toward the end of the year, brings together top industry and R&D experts from around the world to discuss the development, manufacturing, deployment and integration of the next generation of industrial electrolysers.

This year the Berlin Electrolyser Conference is taking place as a special edition in Madrid, made possible through our collaboration with Accelera by Cummins. This unique setting reflects our commitment to fostering international exchange and supporting key industry developments.

The MADRID ELECTROLYSER CONFERENCE 2025 is the 9th edition in this series of highly focused electrolyser conferences, established in 2020 and held twice a year in Europe and North America.

LEARN

... how to scale up electrolyser units, technologies, and manufacturing processes.

DISCUSS

... ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs through better design, materials, components, and BoP integration.

EXPLORE

... strategies for integrating large electrolysers into renewable systems, industrial processes, and value chains.

CONNECT

... with experts across the electrolyser value chain and exchange knowledge within a focused professional community.

November 24th

Site Visit to Accelera by Cummins Electrolyser Plant in Guadalajara

Accelera’s Guadalajara plant began production in April 2024 and has the capacity to produce 500 megawatts (MW) of electrolysers per year, scalable to more than 1 gigawatt (GW) per year.

The facility produces Accelera’s leading proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolyser systems, which will play a key role in enabling Spain to become a hydrogen hub in Europe.

November 25th-26th

Technical Conference in Madrid

The technical program will be chaired by Prof. Bruno G. Pollet, President of Green Hydrogen Division and Executive Director at the
International Association for Hydrogen Energy (IAHE), and Board of Directors member at the Canadian Hydrogen Association (CHA).
